Kullanım Koşulları
Bu koşullar, Yeşil Yelek mobil uygulaması ve yesilyelek.com web sitesini ("Hizmet") kullanırken geçerli olan hak ve yükümlülükleri düzenler. Hizmet'i kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
1. Tanımlar
"Yeşil Yelek", "biz", "tarafımız" Hizmet'i sunan tarafı; "siz", "kullanıcı" ise Hizmet'i kullanan kişiyi ifade eder.
2. Hizmetin Kapsamı
Yeşil Yelek, inşaat sektöründe iş arayanlar ve işverenleri, ekipman alıcıları ve satıcılarını ve proje fırsatı arayan tarafları bir araya getiren bir dijital pazaryeri sunar. Yeşil Yelek, kullanıcılar arasındaki sözleşmelere taraf değildir; aracılık eden bağımsız bir platform olarak hareket eder.
3. Uygunluk ve Hesap
- Hizmet'i kullanmak için en az 18 yaşında olmanız gerekir.
- Kayıt sırasında verdiğiniz bilgiler doğru ve güncel olmalıdır.
- Hesabınızla yapılan tüm işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Şifrenizi gizli tutmanız ve yetkisiz kullanım fark ederseniz derhal bize bildirmeniz gerekir.
- Tek bir kişi adına yalnızca bir hesap açabilirsiniz.
4. Yasaklı Davranışlar
Hizmet'i kullanırken aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:
- Yanlış, yanıltıcı veya dolandırıcılık niteliğinde içerik yayımlamak
- Başkalarını taciz etmek, tehdit etmek veya nefret söylemi yaymak
- Telif hakkı ihlali yapmak veya başkalarının fikri haklarını ihlal etmek
- Hizmet'i otomatik araçlarla (bot, scraper) izinsiz kullanmak veya aşırı yüklemek
- Kanuna aykırı ürün ya da hizmet sunmak
- Başkasının kimliğine bürünmek
- Spam veya istenmeyen pazarlama mesajları göndermek
Bu kuralları ihlal eden hesapları herhangi bir zamanda askıya alma veya kapatma hakkını saklı tutarız.
5. Kullanıcı İçeriği
Hizmet'e yüklediğiniz veya oluşturduğunuz içerikler size aittir. Bu içeriği Hizmet üzerinde sunmamız için bize münhasır olmayan, dünya çapında geçerli, telifsiz ve devredilebilir bir kullanım lisansı vermiş olursunuz. Bu lisans, içeriği kaldırdığınızda veya hesabınızı sildiğinizde sona erer; ancak yasal saklama yükümlülüklerinden veya zaten paylaşılmış kopyalardan (yedeklemeler, log kayıtları) etkilenmez.
6. Pazaryeri Sorumluluk Reddi
Yeşil Yelek, kullanıcılar arasındaki anlaşmaların tarafı değildir ve bu anlaşmalardan doğan ödemeleri, teslimatları, iş kalitesini veya ekipmanın durumunu garanti etmez. Karşı tarafı incelemek ve gerekli özeni göstermek sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
7. Fikri Mülkiyet
Yeşil Yelek markası, logosu, web sitesi tasarımı, kaynak kodu, metin içerikleri ve grafikler Yeşil Yelek'e veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Bunları yazılı izin olmadan kopyalayamaz veya türev eserler oluşturamazsınız.
8. Hizmetin Sona Erdirilmesi
Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz (talimatlar). Biz de bu koşullara aykırı kullanım, yasal zorunluluk veya hizmeti sonlandırma kararı durumlarında hesabınızı kapatabiliriz.
9. Garantilerin Reddi
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Hizmetin kesintisiz, hatasız veya ihtiyaçlarınıza tam uygun olacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, açık veya zımni tüm garantileri reddediyoruz.
10. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Yeşil Yelek; dolaylı, arızi, özel veya cezai zararlardan, kâr veya veri kaybından sorumlu değildir. Toplam yükümlülüğümüz, talebin doğduğu olaydan önceki 12 ay içinde Hizmet için bize ödediğiniz ücretle (varsa) sınırlıdır.
11. Tazminat
Hizmet'i kullanımınızdan veya bu koşulları ihlal etmenizden doğan üçüncü kişi taleplerine karşı Yeşil Yelek'i tazmin etmeyi kabul edersiniz.
12. Koşullarda Değişiklik
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içi bildirim veya e-posta yoluyla sizi bilgilendiririz. Değişiklik sonrası Hizmet'i kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
13. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yetki
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Bu koşullardan doğan uyuşmazlıklarda Düzce Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir; tüketici hakemheyetlerinin yetkisi saklıdır.

Terms of Service
These terms govern the rights and obligations that apply when using the Yeşil Yelek mobile app and the yesilyelek.com website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
"Yeşil Yelek", "we", and "us" refer to the party providing the Service; "you" and "user" refer to the person using the Service.
2. Scope of the Service
Yeşil Yelek provides a digital marketplace bringing together people seeking work and employers, equipment buyers and sellers, and parties seeking project opportunities, in the construction industry. Yeşil Yelek is not a party to the contracts between users; it acts as an independent intermediary platform.
3. Eligibility and Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- The information you provide at registration must be accurate and current.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- You may only create one account per person.
4. Prohibited Conduct
While using the Service you agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Harass, threaten, or post hate speech against others
- Infringe copyrights or other intellectual-property rights
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission, or overload the Service
- Offer goods or services prohibited by law
- Impersonate another person
- Send spam or unsolicited marketing messages
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules at any time.
5. User Content
Content you upload or create on the Service belongs to you. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to display the content on the Service. The license terminates when you remove the content or delete your account, except for legal-retention obligations or copies already shared (backups, logs).
6. Marketplace Disclaimer
Yeşil Yelek is not a party to agreements between users and does not guarantee payments, deliveries, work quality, or equipment condition arising from those agreements. It is your responsibility to vet the other party and exercise due diligence.
7. Intellectual Property
The Yeşil Yelek brand, logo, website design, source code, text, and graphics belong to Yeşil Yelek or its licensors. You may not copy them or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app (instructions). We may close your account in cases of misuse, legal obligation, or our decision to discontinue the service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully suitable for your needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yeşil Yelek is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profit or data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service (if any) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Yeşil Yelek against any third-party claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes we will notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved by the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Düzce; consumer arbitration boards retain their jurisdiction where applicable.
